All prices in our webshop are in DKK and taxes are included in the price.


Hotel Havgrím uses a secure payment-gateway from Quickpay.

All creditcard data is encrypted.

Gift card

Gift cards purchased from us are generally valid for 3 years*, from the date of issue. cf. the Purchase Act. Likewise, there is a 14-day full return policy on purchased gift cards

Next, the value of a gift card can always be exchanged for other of our products or services. If you do not use the entire amount when exchanging, we write down the value of your purchased gift card, which, however, has the same expiry date as the original.

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or cash gift cards. You can not exchange your gift card/gift certificate for a new gift card/gift certificate, nor can you collect and exchange multible gift cards/gift certificates for a new one.

Your gift card is a bearer certificate. This means that if you lose it, it can not be replaced. At the same time, it is always the person who is in possession of the gift card who will be able to redeem it. You can equate a gift card with banknotes and coins, which will not be replaced if they are lost. Gift cards can always be used on the acquired value for all hotel services.

*If there is a second expiry deadline on the gift card/gift certificate, this will be clearly stated.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are not a gift card. The difference is that a gift certificate is valid for a specific item or service. Gift certificates may also have special conditions such as shorter expiration dates. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

You can not exchange your gift card/gift certificate for a new gift card/gift certificate, nor can you collect and exchange multible gift cards/gift certificates for a new one.

Order confirmation

All orders are confirmed automatically (by email). Remember to make sure your email address is correct before approving the purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation, you can check your SPAM folder in your email.


Gift cards and items to be sent physically are sent as parcel post with Posta. If you have purchased goods that are to be sent physically, they will be packed and sent within 2 working days. A delivery time of 2-7 days must be expected. Longer delivery times can be expected for deliveries outside the Faroe Islands.


All orders to be sent physically will be subject to postage and handling fees of DKK 50.00 for addresses in the Faroe Islands, and DKK 150 for addresses outside the Faroe Islands. Alternatively, your goods can be picked up directly at the hotel reception.


There is a 14-day right of return/cancellation on unused items.

If you wish to cancel the purchase of a gift card/gift certificate, simply contact Hotel Havgrím and announce your order number. Then we cancel the gift card and put the money back on the payment card used.

If the item is physical, it must be returned in original packaging.

In case of exchange or return, the item is sent to Hotel Havgrím with an invoice / invoice copy and return slip. The cost of returning is paid by you as a customer. In case of exchange, we will pay the freight for the return shipment to you. We do not accept returned items sent per. cash on delivery.

When repaying money, we need the following information:

We refund the money the same day we receive the goods.


There is a 2-year warranty on all physical goods.

In the event of a complaint, Hotel Havgrím will replace the item.

We reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the item.

The cost of return shipments regarding justified complaint is, by agreement, made by Hotel Havgrím.
